IDENTIFYING THISTLE
The thistle is a hard, spiky weed that can grow in the worst of any soil conditions. Thistles have tough roots that are very difficult to control and the weed itself will suffocate out any healthy vegetation around it. Covered in sharp prickles the weed is not only unattractive but potentially painful.
